We are currently looking for a specialist Administrator to join our Digital Services Team in Bournemouth. This exciting new role requires a highly motivated and organised person to support the development of our digital services and front line scripts.

Reporting to the Digital Services Manager you will be based within our Customer Contact Team in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for the development of specialist scripts to deliver an excellent customer experience. Using bespoke scripting software you will create scripts that will be used online and by our Customer Contact Team. Using a combination of Q&As, SQL and databoxes you will use innovative methods to provide creative solutions to respond to customer enquiries. You will collaborate with business leads across the organisation to ensure the content is up-to-date, relevant, accurate and is in line with our policy and procedures.

To be successful you will be customer focused and demonstrate that you can think practically and logically. You should also have knowledge or experience of SQL and website/digital media.
