First up this week Recruitment Revolution are looking for a Search Marketing Manager (SEO/PPC) to join an award-winning sports nutrition ecommerce company in Colchester. The ideal candidate will be required to drive the company’s acquisition strategy, planning, execution, conversion and measurement across multiple channels including paid search.
With the company having over 12 websites running across Europe, you should be an energetic and entrepreneurial search marketer bringing expertise and results across both their organic and paid campaigns. To fit the role you will already have previous experience with ecommerce, knowledge of Google Shopping and a proven track record in SEO. Previous hands-on experience in a PPC role is a must with good analytical skills being an advantage.
Next up, Telefonica UK are looking for an Online Optimisation Manager to join their team in Berkshire. Reporting to the Head of online optimisation the Online Optimisation manager will play a critical role in improving the performance of o2.co.uk through identifying areas of opportunity using the wealth of data available from a variety of digital data sources and driving KPIs through a roadmap of testing.
This is a wide ranging role and you’ll have demonstrable experience of delivering proven business value through online optimisation techniques including MVT, A/B testing, web chat and personalisation. In addition you’ll have experience of managing 3rd party marketing agencies, strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders in the business. Our friends at Propel are looking for a Business Development Manager to join an SEO agency in London. You will help with the company’s growth reaching out to new brands and affiliates in the travel, ecommerce and B2B space. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director but you must be a confident, self-starter with strong relationship building skills, as you will spend much of this role in a client facing capacity.
The ideal candidate must have had exposure to the SEO industry either in a business development capacity or hands on experience in a previous SEO role would be a bonus. To be good at this role you should be confident with sales and helping potential clients develop their strategies.
Next up, Little Black Book Agency are looking for an SEO Manager for a key law client based in the heart of Manchester. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will combine analytics and execution to create effective SEO campaigns for this company, able to focus all your attention on the one brand, with the time to build a comprehensive strategy and witness the results! You will be a highly motivated SEO specialist, committed to the constant improvement of website rank and increase in organic visitors (particularly by geographical regions). You will also work with other members of the team to create engaging, SEO-rich content.
You will be an experienced SEO Manager, with at least 4 years’ agency or client-side experience and you MUST have B2B experience. You will be able to work autonomously, without micro-management but be used to reporting to stakeholders within the business on campaign performance and improvements. You will be able to write a comprehensive SEO strategy, including on- and off-page SEO to enhance visability across various channels (including social media). You will have excellent project- and time management skills, with experience of working with CMS (for content upload).

In the role you will set-up, optimise and report on PPC campaigns for nominated geographies and holiday types and have full responsibility for PPC budgets. To snap up this fantastic PPC Executive position, you will need to demonstrate a minimum of 1 year PPC experience, be data driven and have a good understanding of RIO measurement/attribution and optimisation. It also goes without saying that you’ll be able to demonstrate proficiency with Google AdWords or Bing and have strong Excel and analytical skills.
