It’s Sunday morning which means it’s time to take a look at some of the best new vacancies that have appeared on Bubble this week. Now, normally we choose five jobs from one particular sector of the digital industry – but today we’ve decided to mix things up a bit and have chosen to look at jobs within one particular job level.
This week, as you’ve probably guessed, we’ve decided to make junior digital jobs the focus of our Wrap-Up. Why? Because there are lots of fresh graduates currently searching for their first role in digital – and one of these vacancies could be the perfect option!
First up, Accenture are searching for Technology Consultants to join their teams in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Working at the heart of business and technology, you’ll lead complex projects and create ground-breaking solutions for some of the world’s largest organisations. Interested? Vacancies are currently up for grabs in the SAP, Web – Digital – Analytics, Finance & Risk, eCommerce, IT Strategy & Security and Software as a Service (SaaS) departments. The right candidates for these kinds of roles will have delivered at least one technology-focused project to date, be passionate about the business value of Accenture’s technology and thrive in a client-facing environment.
Next up, COOK are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team in Sittingbourne, Kent. Working under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the implementation of e-marketing campaigns, generating content and managing COOK’s day to day digital communication platforms. The main aim of this role is to develop COOK’s engagement with customers via digital communications, grow visitor and email subscriber numbers and generally improve COOK’s brand presence. Key tasks include maintaining the eCommerce product listings, blogging, social media and email marketing campaign planning and creation. Sound good? The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of digital media (particularly social media), HTML and design experience, a good understanding of SEO and good written English. An interest in food, strong organisational skills and excellent copywriting skills are also essential.
In third place, Shape Media are searching for a Community Manager – Science to join a leading, innovative technology company in London. Responsible for building and managing a community of scientific researchers and key influencers, you’ll work to broaden the understanding and reach of the company and its portfolio buisnesses – and you’ll also develop a program of content marketing/thought leadership to increase customer engagement, awareness and acquisition. Key tasks include managing the company’s social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc), managing content on the site (including blogs), establishing an online presence for the company and establishing relationships with influential science and tech communicators. The ideal candidate for this role would be a Science graduate with strong social media/digital content experience. Essential attributes include a Science degree, professional web copywriting experience, science communications experience and social media management experience. Laboratory experience will also win you extra brownie points!
Next up, ARM are on the look-out for a Junior Search Marketing Manager to work for a well established UK fashion retailer. Based in their Central London HQ, you’ll help to implement on and off page optimisation techniques to ensure improved search rankings via organic search – and you’ll directly manage all PPC campaigns delivered by third party agencies. Like the sound of a competitive salary, bonus and first class benefits package? The right candidate will have a proven SEO background across on page and off page techniques, extensive knowledge of current ranking factors and a detailed technical knowledge of SEO. They’ll also have some PPC campaign knowledge, excellent communication skills and good written English.
