First up this week, Sky Betting and Gaming are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Executive to join their Sky Casino team in Leeds. The candidate will drive margins by implementing solid plans that mimic Sky Betting’s product proposition. Additionally in this role, you will be responsible for delivering Nurture, Loyalty, Chum and X-Sell KPIs, whilst creating, owning and executing the customer message and promotional campaign plan. Sky Betting are looking for candidates who already have a full working knowledge of IMS and the ability to translate data into a campaign with strong analytical skills. Other essential skills include a keen interest in online gaming and previous experience in Customer Engagement covering Customer Lifecycle Management and Proposition creation.
In second place, Oliver James Associates are looking for a candidate to fulfil the position as Head of Marketing at a Financial Services business in London. With a salary of £85k+ the business is experiencing rapid growth in its financial field and is already becoming a household name. In this role you will lead the companies well-developed multi-channel distribution model and will be responsible for the Social Media strategy, Marketing and Advertising, Search Engine Marketing and Brand & Communications to name a few. Not only will the Head of Marketing manage the company’s extensive marketing team, the ideal candidate will also identify the key business objectives of the company and be able to translate them into award-winning campaigns.
Next up, DP Connect are working with a growing trading company based in London, who are searching for their next CRM Marketing Manager. Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the CRM Marketing Strategy, the ideal candidate will also collaborate with the GTM Marketing Managers and other departments to ensure deliverability of the campaigns. Your role will be to develop, implement and manage the CRM marketing strategy aimed at converting, retaining and reactivating clients. The right candidate will already have similar experience in CRM Marketing Management in the financial industry and have technical skills in HTML and Content. In addition, to stand out from the crowd it would be a bonus to already have experience with Salesforce.
In fourth, Propel London have teamed up with a growing, high end cinema brand who are seeking a National Marketing Manager to join their team in West London. The brand have recently opened a number of sites in the UK and operate throughout Europe, as they’re fast becoming the first choice for cinema entertainment. You will lead the development and delivery of national marketing initiatives and activity, with a specific focus on ensuring that ultimately, the company takes a greater share of industry wide cinema market place. You will achieve this by driving revenue in-cinema, maximising traffic, conversion and retention of the customer. With experience of developing and planning advertising, media, promotional and POS plans the ideal candidate will also have demonstrable experience of shifting brand communications campaigns.
Lastly, how do you fancy becoming a Retail Marketing Executive for a rapidly expanding Fintech brand? Propel London are also looking for a candidate with previous marketing experience to join a dynamic environment at their clients Gatwick office. You will implement and evaluate marketing campaigns, liaise with the various teams to produce new retail marketing materials and develop ideas to conduct research for PR purposes. With a marketing background you will already have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, with an added bonus of relevant retail marketing experience (which is not essential). Some of your key responsibilities will be POS creation, to identify new media to advertise with and produce relevant and accurate management information for KPI meetings.
