Yep, it’s that time of the week again… the weekend is in sight and you’re counting down the hours until you can grab your keys and wave adios to the office and your colleagues for a couple of days but before you go rush off, it’s time to introduce the latest Bubble Wrap-Up. It might be in its fifth week of production but our swanky little Bubble Wrap-Up is going from strength to strength and this week it’s the turn of our social media vacancies.
Yep, we really can’t put off promoting our social media vacancies any longer and as luck would have it, we’ve actually been inundated with new social networking jobs from both direct employers and specialist recruiters this week – what a coincidence!
Like the idea of becoming a Social Media Manager or Executive for one of the world’s leading brands? Then it’s time to check out the top 5 social media jobs on Bubble this week.
First up, our friends at Beringer Tame are searching for a Social Media Manager for one of their big-name clients. Based in Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will work for a niche multi-channel retailer, helping to own and develop an increasingly important CRM channel. The lucky applicant will get to work with the marketing team to ensure a consistent message is being delivered to customers regarding brand image and values. The right applicant will have 2+ years experience in social media/online PR within a premium retail business, copywriting experience and in-depth knowledge of all social media platforms.
The nice folks at Fishtank are looking for an Online Communications Executive to join a leading public sector organisation. The new E-Communications Officer will work closely as part of a large communications team and will be responsible for managing the organisation’s online presence through E/Direct Marketing, E-campaigns and social media platforms. Based in Bristol and on a one year contract, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of e-mail Communication and working within a a digital communications role and will be educated to at least A Level standard.
Always fancied a career at Which?(?) – then you’re in luck because they’re looking for a new Social Media Manager to join their Central London team. As an experienced Social Media Manager you’ll help to shape the future social media strategy of Which? and help to grow the number of Which? supporters. Like the sound of that? To be in the running you’ll need to be a passionate, credible professional in the social space who can manage social monitoring and analytics reporting with ease. In return for being a trusted Which? employee, some of the perks include private medical care and an 11% contributory pension – not bad, right?!
Next in line, our friends at easyfundraising.org.uk are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Staffordshire-based team. OK, so it’s actually a digital marketing role but there are lots of social media aspects so don’t disregard it just yet! The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the company’s online brand awareness throughout the UK by creating and implementing innovative digital marketing initiatives. They’ll be responsible for the creation and implementation of the entire digital marketing strategy including brand development, consumer and sales communications, PR campaigns and email marketing. The right candidate will have a great track record in the digital marketing space, have strong appreciation of analytics and monitoring tools and be highly familiar with SEO, SEM and PPC. If you want to work in a varied role for a good cause, this could be the job for you!
Last but by no means least, Ultimate Asset are on the look out for two Sales Account Executives: Social Media for one of the most talked about social media companies on the planet. OK, so we realise this is more of a sales role but it’s such a good opportunity that we thought we’d sneak it in at the end! The two lucky candidates will be based in Dublin and will be responsible for selling to direct clients and media agencies (across the UK and Ireland) and building long term client relationships. Experience-wise, they’re looking for someone who has the ‘gift of the gab’ , someone who has relevant digital media sales experience and someone who has a BA/BSc degree or equivalent. A sense of humour is also a must for these highly prized roles!
